Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation before project work has started. Once a project has entered the development phase, cancellation requests may not be accepted because work and resources have already been committed.
Refund Policy
Advance payments made for project booking, design, development or consultation are non-refundable, as they reserve your slot and cover initial work.
Refunds may only be considered where a service cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our side. Approved refunds, if any, are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Service Delivery
Digital services such as website development, landing pages and related deliverables are shared electronically through email or cloud platforms as agreed.
