After the secure authorization, our team collects your brand assets and begins your app setup. Your first ₹2,000 subscription charge is scheduled only after the seven-day trial.
Will ₹2,000 be charged today?+
No. The initial checkout is only the small authorization required to enable recurring payments. The monthly plan begins after the trial.
Why is an authorization payment required?+
It securely verifies the payment method and creates the AutoPay mandate used for future monthly renewals.
Can I cancel before the first renewal?+
Yes. Contact support before the trial ends and we will cancel the subscription before the first monthly charge.
Are there any setup charges?+
No. There are no setup charges or hidden activation fees.
How quickly will my app be ready?+
Setup begins during your trial. Timing depends on how quickly we receive your logo, catalogue/menu and business details; our team will confirm your delivery schedule.
Do I own the app branding?+
Your app is white-labelled with your business name, logo, colors and catalogue. The underlying Brandzivio platform is provided as a subscription service.
Are hosting and updates included?+
Yes. Managed hosting, platform maintenance and regular product updates are included in the plan.
Can I accept online payments?+
Yes. Your app can be configured with supported payment gateways, subject to merchant onboarding and gateway approval.
Is there a limit on orders?+
No. Brandzivio does not meter the number of orders on this plan.

Is my subscription automatically renewed?+
Yes. After the trial, ₹2,000 is charged monthly through the authorized payment method until the subscription is cancelled.
